Shandong Zhongke New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd, was established in September 2019,It is a high-tech enterprise jointly funded by Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute and investors.With a registered capital of 150 million yuan, the company has constructed to build a (new organic amine catalyst) and (curing agent production line) with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, and a(polyurethane and epoxy resin chemical new material project) with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons.

This project has received recognition as the 2020 Shandong Province Excellent Project, Key Project of Jining City , Shandong Province's 2023 Innovative SME Award, Jining Science and Technology Innovation Outstanding Team of 2023,and Shandong Province's 2025 Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative SME Certification. It obtained a safety production license in 2023, achieved three-system certification including quality management system in 2024, and passed the preliminary review for social responsibility management system in early 2025.
