During the training session, General Manager Ni Ping summarised the safety work in 2022 and put forward the requirements and deployment of this year's safety work. General manager Ni Ping combined the case of 115 Panjin chemical plant explosion with the company's 1.14 safety accident to compare and analyze, to say the case, to find out the problems and to warn and educate. All employees should be aware of the situation and face safety with safety awareness in mind, safety points in mind, action in line with safety standards and language expressions to match the safety requirements.

Liu Yuande, Director of the Safety and Environment Department, made a presentation on the management of the use and storage of hazardous materials and analysed the hazards of hazardous chemicals, prevention and emergency handling measures through videos of safety accidents at home and abroad.

Mr. Ni pointed out that the company's staff safety awareness is still weak, leaders at all levels and departments should comprehensively improve their ideological awareness, adhere to long-term safety awareness propaganda, implement safety performance assessment, increase the handling of violations, and carry out safety education and emergency drills in strict accordance with various plans.

Mr. Ni requested that problems be handled by adhering to the "four no's" principle of "not letting go until the cause of the accident has been investigated; not letting go until the person responsible has been dealt with; not letting go until corrective measures have been implemented; and not letting go until the person concerned has been educated".
