Job description
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the company's sales operation, including planning, organization, schedule control.
2. Assist the company to formulate sales plans and sales policies.
3. Establish and manage sales teams to conduct sales training for sales staff.
4. Guide and supervise the department's development and maintenance.
5. Evaluation directly under the lower level and assist in formulating performance improvement plans.
job requirements
1. College degree or above, good English, marketing and other related majors;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in the chemical sales industry, those who have epoxy resin sales are preferred;
