Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company's procurement work, including: inquiry, price comparison, signing of procurement contracts, acceptance, evaluation and feedback summary;
2. Investigate, analyze and evaluate the target market, determine the need and purchase timing;
3. Improve the company's procurement system, formulate and optimize the procurement process, and control the quality and cost of procurement;
4. Organizational assessment, certification, management and assessment of suppliers;
5. Formulate the short, medium and long -term work plans of the department, prepare and submit the departmental budget;
6. Responsible for the pre -job training and on -the -job training of the purchaser, and organize the assessment;
7. Coordinate the work between the departments of the company.

job requirements

1. College bachelor's degree or above, management, logistics related majors;
2. The chemical industry for more than 3 years related to the relevant procurement industry management work experience, and those who have foreign -funded enterprises work experience preferred;
3. Familiar with the bidding and procurement process, familiar with supplier evaluation and assessment, and familiarize the relevant quality system standards;
4. Have the ability to organize and coordinate the organization and cross -departments, good negotiations, interpersonal communication skills, and strong team collaboration ability;
5. Have strong professional moral qualities.
