Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily logistics management of the department, including: transportation, warehousing, distribution, vehicle management, etc.;
2. Formulate and implement the logistics work plan to summarize and improve the standard of logistics work;
3. Supervise the implementation of the responsibilities and management standards for the implementation of the logistics system;
4. Control the cost of delivery and storage;
5. Participate in the formulation and control department's logistics operation budget;
6. Develop a logistics solution to improve customer satisfaction;
7. Report various logistics management reports regularly;
8. Responsible for the assessment and training of the staff of the department.

job requirements

1. College degree or above, management, logistics -related majors, understanding common sense in chemistry, and English;
2. More than 3 years of management experience work experience in logistics -related fields, and those who have foreign -funded enterprises' logistics management work experience are preferred;
3. Familiar with logistics management business processes, have rich process management operation skills;
4. Familiar with ERP and logistics information management systems and have implementation experience;
5. Good communication and negotiation capabilities, team management capabilities, strong independent work ability, and can withstand greater work pressure.
